The benefits of this coaching include a regularly scheduled mini-session [that] helped me to stay on track with the project to complete it. The initial sessions were key to me being able to sort out the problem. My coach at [LMJA] helped me to design a strategic plan in order to get through the project tasks at hand. Overall, my coach provided practical, strategic moves to get me on a successful trajectory. These tools have helped me tackle other projects as well.
